Thank you for choosing DealDesk. We aim to provide a reliable and valuable SaaS platform for managing clients, properties, deals, and commissions. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription.

1. Subscription Refunds

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period. After this window, payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If cancelled after the refund period, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Trial & Basic Package

We do not offer a time-limited free trial. Users may access our Basic Package with limited features at no cost and without time restrictions.

For paid plans, all purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial transaction, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period. After this period, payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

To cancel, go to your account settings or contact support.

Cancellation will prevent future billing, but access will continue until the end of the active billing period.

4. Free Trial & Demos

If Deal Desk offers a free trial or demo, we strongly encourage users to evaluate the platform before purchasing. Refunds will not be provided if a free trial was available and not used.

5. Subscription Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date

  • Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed

  • You are responsible for managing your subscription from your account dashboard

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Registered email address

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

  • Reason for the refund request
